2. SCOPE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to:
• www.marrymehungary.hu; www.marrymehungary.com
• www.marrymebudapest.hu; www.marrymebudapest.com
• www.proposalbudapesthungary.hu; www.proposalbudapesthungary.com
(hereinafter collectively: the “Website”), as well as all online and offline event planning, marriage proposal organization, and related services provided by the Service Provider.

By submitting a request for a quote or using the services, the client (hereinafter: “Client”) accepts the provisions of these GTC.

3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

The Service Provider offers a unique, creative event planning service that is partially dependent on weather conditions, location, and the involvement of third parties.

The content, images, prices, and packages displayed on the Website do not constitute a binding offer and are provided for informational purposes only.

4. REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AND CONTRACT FORMATION

4.1. REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Client may request a quotation:

• via the website form,

• by email,

• by phone,

• through Facebook / Instagram / TikTok messages,

• via Messenger,

• on WhatsApp,

• or through the chatbot.

Submitting a request for a quotation does not entail any payment obligation.

4.2. INDIVIDUAL QUOTATION
Based on the request, the Service Provider prepares a customized quotation, which includes:

• the details of the service,

• the price,

• the terms of performance,

• any potential risk factors.

4.3. CONTRACT FORMATION
The contract is concluded when:

• the Client accepts the quotation in writing, and

• both parties act in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

• The service fee is specified in the individual quotation.

• The Service Provider is entitled to request advance payment or full payment in advance.

• Invoicing is carried out in accordance with the applicable Hungarian laws.
  In case of late payment, the Service Provider is entitled to charge default interest in accordance with the Civil Code (Ptk.).

6. PAYMENT METHODS AND CONFIRMATION

6.1. Payment Methods
The Service Provider offers the following payment methods:

6.1.1. Bank Transfer Based on Proforma Invoice
The Client may pay the service fee by bank transfer based on a proforma invoice issued by the Service Provider.

• The proforma invoice contains all necessary payment details.

• The condition for the commencement of the service is the receipt of the amount indicated on the proforma invoice, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

• After the payment is credited, the Service Provider issues an invoice in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

6.1.2. Cash Payment
The Service Provider allows cash payment, which:

• is made upon prior agreement,

• is typically due at the time of service provision or before.

In case of cash payment, the Service Provider issues a cash receipt in compliance with legal requirements.

6.1.3. Individual Payment Agreement
The Service Provider and the Client may agree in writing to deviate from the above payment methods or schedule.
The Service Provider reserves the right to condition the provision of the service on the fulfillment of the payment obligations.

6.2. Payment Confirmation
After receiving the payment, the Service Provider confirms receipt of payment to the Client electronically.

7. PERFORMANCE / SERVICE DELIVERY

• The Service Provider delivers the service at the time, location, and with the content agreed upon with the Client.

• The Client is obliged to:

• provide the necessary information in a timely manner,

• ensure the on-site conditions,

• cooperate to enable successful service delivery.

8. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

8.1. Cancellation by the Client
The conditions for cancellation are included in the individual quotation.
The Service Provider is entitled to charge for any costs incurred up to that point.

8.2. Force Majeure
The Service Provider is not responsible for any delay or failure caused by:

• weather conditions,

• governmental or official measures,

• third-party negligence,

• unforeseeable events.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service Provider’s liability:

• is limited solely to the obligations undertaken in the contract,

• does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.
  Due to the creative nature of the service, the Client acknowledges that the visual and emotional experience is subjective.

10. COPYRIGHT
Images, videos, and texts created on the website or during the service are the intellectual property of the Service Provider and may only be used with prior written permission.

11. DATA MANAGEMENT / PRIVACY
The processing of the Client’s personal data is governed by the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.

12. COMPLAINT HANDLING
The Client may submit complaints primarily in writing to info@marrymehungary.hu. The Service Provider will investigate and respond to the complaint within 30 days.

13. CONSUMER RIGHTS
The Client is entitled to rights under applicable Hungarian and EU consumer protection laws.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions; changes take effect upon publication on the website.
